This is an action upon a standard policy of fire insurance, and the appeal is from an order directing a verdict in favor of the defendant, on the ground that the policy was null and void, by reason of the fact that there was other insurance on the property at the time the policy was issued, without notice of such fact on the part of the defendant. The policy was issued.on the 11th day of December, 1915, and the property was destroyed by fire on the 21st day of December, 1915. Within a week or ten days after the fire, notice of…
