Moss, Justice.

The respondent, Frances R. Simonds, and the appellant, John C. Simonds, are husband and wife. They were married' *189on November 12, 1930 in Charleston, South Carolina. Three children were born of the marriage, two of whom are now sui juris, and the third child is approximately nineteen years of age.
