Plaintiffs have filed the instant motion to amend the Case Management Plan (the “Plan”) to, among other things, set a focused discovery and briefing schedule on Monsanto Company, and Solutia, Inc. (collectively, “Monsanto”), and Pharmacia Corporation’s (collectively with Monsanto, the “Pharmacia Defendants”) affirmative defense of the doctrine of knowledgeability.
