Pending is defendants’ motion for entry of a Lone Pine case management order [Docket 200] and their supplemental motion modifying the relief sought from that order [Docket 205],

Subsequent to a timely response and reply being filed, the motion was taken under advisement pending completion of basic fact discovery in Group 1 cases. In accordance with the extensions of PTO # 45, that discovery was to conclude by December 7, 2009. The matter is now ripe for disposition. I DENY the motions…
