BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Jerry L. King appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Appellee Unocal Corporation alleging error in the instructions submitted to the jury. We exercise jurisdie tion under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and dismiss the appeal.
We glean the following facts from Appel-lee’s supplemental appendix. 1 In February-1977, Appellant, an African-American male, began working for Appellee as a Production Technician in Carter County, Oklahoma.
