1Per curiam
¶ 1. We review referee Henry A. Field, Jr.'s recommendation that the license of Attorney Jeffrey D. Berlin to practice law in this state be suspended for a period of six months for eight counts of professional misconduct committed in connection with two client matters.
¶ 2. We conclude that the referee's findings of fact are supported by satisfactory and convincing evidence. We further determine that the seriousness of Attorney Berlin's misconduct warrants the suspension of his license to practice law for six months, and that the costs of the proceeding, which are $676 as of July 24, 2007,…
