This is an appeal from an order of the trial court denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial on the question of damages only.

Plaintiff suffered injuries in an automobile collision which occurred on September 5, 1946, at the intersection of Franklin and Hennepin avenues in the city of Minneapolis, between an automobile in which she was riding as a passenger and a bus owned by defendant.
