OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

¶ 1 Mario G. (“Father”) appeals the juvenile court’s order terminating his parental rights to his child, Camila. 1 The issue we address is whether Arizona Revised Statutes (“AR.S.”) section 8-533(B)(2) (Supp. 2010), which permits termination of the parent-child relationship under circumstances of willful abuse, extends to circumstances in which ADES seeks to sever the parental rights to a child born after the abuse of a different child.
