We are asked by the petition filed herein by the Village of Bridgeport, Ohio, the County of Belmont, Ohio, and C. A. Jones, a resident of Wheeling Island, intervenor, seeking a peremptory writ of mandamus, to require the Public Service Commission to dispose of a complaint filed before it by the relators here on March 4, 1942.
