By its petition, filed in this Court on May 4,1948, Atlantic Greyhound Corporation seeks review under the provisions of Section 1, Article 8, Chapter 50, Acts of the Legislature, 1937, Regular Session, of a final order of the Public Service Commission entered March 24, 1948, in a proceeding in which the applicant, Elk River Bus Company, Inc., by the foregoing order, was granted a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier of passengers between Charleston and Clendenin over U.
