Susan Marie Rydder appeals the district court’s grant of the petition brought by her husband, Bjorn Michael Rydder, for return of the couple’s two children to Poland under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (“Hague Convention”) and its implementing legislation, the International Child Abduction Remedies Act (“ICARA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 11601-11610.
