This is a petition for declaratory judgment brought by the company which insured W. S. Fullerton in his lifetime against certain eventualities happening in the operation of his farm in North Beaver Township, Lawrence County. The petition alleges that one Samuel V. Badger has brought suit against the estate of W. S. Fullerton, now deceased, for injuries said to have been suffered by Badger while he was employed by Mr. Fullerton to do work on the farm.
