In this action, Plaintiffs Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd. and Union Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. — Korean manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise (collec tively, the “Korean Producers”) — contest the final results of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s twelfth administrative review of the antidumping duty order covering certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from the Republic of Korea.
