Pending before the court is Defendant Texaco, Inc.’s (“Texaco”) motion for partial summary judgment (# 11). Texaco seeks summary judgment on Plaintiffs Lloyd Jones (“Jones”), Edwin Lee Murray (“Murray”), Willard D. Sessions (“Sessions”), Murray Gobert Trucking and Excavation, Inc.
