This is a suit on a forthcoming bond given to release personal property seized under a writ of sequestration. The bond was executed by Dickinsons, Inc., as principal, with the American Surety Company of New York as surety.

Plaintiff had sold to W. D. Dickinson, who subsequently incorporated as Dickinsons, Inc., a certain lot of restaurant fixtures, retaining a vendor’s li,en and chattel mortgage thereon which was duly recorded.
