This is an action by the plaintiff against defendant as surety on a sequestration release bond. Plaintiff claims to have obtained a judgment for $607.50 against the defendant in a former suit, with recognition of its vendor’s lien and privilege on the property for which the sequestration release bond was given in the original suit.
