INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Ashot Khatchatrian (alternatively, “Plaintiff’ or “Khatchatrian”) and Defendant Continental Casualty Company (alternatively, “Defendant” or “CNA”).
