ASPEN, District Judge:
Plaintiff and counter-defendant Euramca Ecosystems, Inc. (“Euramca”) sued Roediger Pittsburgh, Inc., Roediger Anlagenbau GmbH & Co., Wilhelm Roediger GmbH & Co., Roediger AG, Techtransfer GmbH & Co., Pierre Ch. Frossard, Hans G.
