McBRIDE, Judge.
Plaintiff, aged 47, a repairer of chicken coops, who earned $40 per week, met with an accident during the course and scope of his employment, which accident he claims has rendered him totally and permanently disabled from doing work of any reasonable character. He brought this suit against the employer and its compensation insurer, claiming compensation at the rate of $35 per week for 400 weeks.
