Plaintiff’s petition was filed July 30, 1958, alleging that plaintiff was a laborer in the employ of Favrot Roofing Company; that plaintiff was totally and permanently disabled by an accident on the job on May 2, 1958, and praying for maximum compensation, expenses, penalties and attorney’s fees. The Travelers Insurance Company, employer’s compensation insurance carrier, was made defendant.
