William Ziegler’s daughter Helen and her children seek to vacate the 1973 decree settling the account of Mr. Ziegler’s executors, in the interest of justice. That decree allocated one more share of GIH, the family corporation, which holds voting control of a publicly held company, American Maize, to Helen’s brother William and his children, than was allocated to Helen’s side.
