The Hanover Bank has petitioned for a judicial settlement of its accounts as sole surviving executor and trustee under the last will and testament and two codicils of Robert T. Van Deusen, deceased. Decedent died November 8, 1919 and his will and codicils were probated in this court on April 14, 1920. Thereunder testator created numerous trusts and named petitioner’s corporate predecessors and two individuals as his executors and trustees.
