J. JONES, Justice.

A jury convicted Darrell Boyd Baldwin of felony possession of a controlled substance. Baldwin appealed, asserting error in the district court’s admission of hearsay evidence and alleging the district court abused its discretion in sentencing. The court of appeals affirmed the district court in an unpublished opinion. Baldwin subsequently filed a petition for post-conviction relief in the district court, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. The district court denied the petition.
