In this first-party no-fault insurance benefits case, plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court’s grant of summary disposition in favor of defendant. We reverse and remand for farther proceedings consistent with this opinion.
Plaintiff, Vickie Landon, was involved in an automobile accident on July 28, 1998, at the intersection of Sprinkle Road and Franklin Road in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
