This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Jack McCullough, the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee (the “Trustee”), to dismiss this case with a request for a bar to refiling under 11 U.S.C. § 109(g)(1), and on the motion of Anthony and Angeline Herrera (collectively the “Debtors”) for a finding of a willful violation of the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) against the Town of Cicero, Illinois, William M.
