DECISION ON MOTION TO VACATE FORECLOSURE SALE

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter arises on motion of Robert E. Casse (“Debtor”) to set aside the foreclosure sale of his home. The Debtor asserts that the sale — held September 19, 1997, two days after he filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 17, 1997 — violated the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).
