The Republic Life & Accident Insurance Company, .Incorporated, of Louisville, Ky., issued and delivered on August 6, 1930, to G-arrett G-ambrell, a policy containing a provision entitled, “Monthly Sickness Indemnity. ’ ’
The interpretation and application thereof, in tbe light of the proven facts, are presented for determination. The facts are not disputed.
