Reversing.

This is an action on a group policy issued by the-Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States and the Consolidation Coal Company, a corporation engaged in mining and shipping coal in Johnson county, Ky. The coal company employs a large number of men; in its mines and in order to protect the lives and health! of its employees, it entered into a contract known as group insurance.
