Plaintiff and respondent brought this action in the capacity of administrator to recover damages for the death of the intestate which death he alleged was caused by the malpractice of the defendant and appellant doctor, John W. Warren, and the defendant and appellant Paradise Valley Sanitarium and Hospital in the treatment of respondent ’s intestate at the time she gave birth to her child.
