AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER 1
LINARES, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Deféndants Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. f/k/a Salomon Smith Barney, Inc.’s and Bhikku Pai’s (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendants”) motion to compel arbitration and stay this proceeding. Plaintiff commenced this action upon allegations of discrimination based on national origin, ancestry and sex. Oral argument was heard on November 30, 2004. For the reasons set forth below, this Court concludes that Defendants’ motion should be GRANTED.
