Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Irene J. Duffy, J.), rendered November 20, 1990, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of 25 years to life, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of vacating the sentence imposed on the robbery count and remanding for resentencing, and otherwise affirmed.
