— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Scholnick, J.), rendered August 18, 1981, upon resentence (the original sentence date being June 26, 1981), convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Defendant was initially tried under an indictment charging him with intentional murder, felony murder (the underlying felony being robbery), robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
