WOODS, J.

Following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence, appellant pleaded guilty to violation of Penal Code section 288, lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14. Appellant was placed on probation for a period of three years on condition that he serve one year in the county jail. On appeal, he challenges the propriety of the court’s order denying his suppression motion. His contentions in this respect are as follows:
