This matter comes before the Court for the resolution of several motions: Defendant Wal-Mart’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 26], Plaintiff Jimmy Woodard’s Motion for Sanctions [Doc. 48], and Defendant Wal-Mart’s Motion for Leave to File a Sur-reply [Doc. 58].
