Claimant Joseph Galioto is a guitarist who was allegedly injured on December 15, 2012 when he was playing a holiday gig aboard the vessel Island Adventure during the Fort Lauderdale Winterfest Boat Parade. Galioto says that an unidentified passenger fell into him.
