This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Renewed Verified Motion for In*1345ference Regarding Contents of Discarded Employment Application (DE 27). On December 15, 2015, the Court held an eviden-tiary hearing on the motion. The motion is ripe for review. For the following reasons, the Court grants the motion.
