OPINION

GARDNER, Justice.

INTRODUCTION

This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial court’s order denying Appellant’s motion to strike a plea in intervention and a motion to transfer venue. Appellee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction, which we carried with submission of the appeal. 1 Therefore, we must first determine whether this court’s appellate jurisdiction is properly invoked under the provision of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code allowing an interlocutory appeal as to decisions regarding join-der or intervention of multiple plaintiffs.
