MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

This Court issued a stay and administratively terminated this case in November 1994 pending resolution of a matter then before a state court. [Doc. # 12, Memorandum & Order.] Following a decision by the Arkansas Supreme Court, the plaintiff filed a motion to reopen the above-styled case, which was granted June 19, 1995.
