This case- involves claims of sexual harassment and retaliation by plaintiff Lu-ciana Rizzi (“Rizzi”) against defendants 178 Lowell Street Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Lexington Health Care Center (“Lexington Health Care Center”), Healthbridge Management, LLC (“Health-bridge”), David Upton (“Upton”) and Joseph MacKenson (“MacKenson”).
