OPINION

OGG, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal by appellants/defendants Ernest and Mary Kenny and South west Savings and Loan Association (Southwest) from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff/appellee Fred M. Frazier (Frazier). The action involves allegations of misrepresentation and nondisclosure in connection with the sale of land.
