This is an appeal by David Zerby (Claimant) from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ), to grant Claimant’s claim petition and Reading Anthracite Company’s (Employer) suspension petition. The Board also modified the calculation of Claimant’s average weekly wage (AWW).
