NEUMANN, Justice.
Kenneth A. Lambert appeals from a Logan County District Court judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of burglary and arson. We affirm.
Lambert argues on appeal the trial court erred by dismissing his motion for judgment of acquittal under Rule 29(a), N.D.R.Crim.P. A Rule 29(a) motion challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. 1 We note that, by making the motion, Lambert preserved the issue for appeal. State v.
