MARING, Justice.
[¶ 1] Terry Kautzman appeals from a criminal judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of gross sexual imposition and terrorizing. We affirm the criminal judgment.

[¶ 2] Terry Kautzman was charged with gross sexual imposition, terrorizing, and attempted murder for events that occurred on February 9, 2006. Kautzman testified at trial that on February 9, 2006, he was sleeping at his girlfriend’s apartment when she arrived home. Kautzman testified he woke to her on top of him, with his belt unbuckled.
