MEMORANDA OPINIONS AND ORDERS

NEESE, District Judge.

The defendant Mr. Felice moved herein on August 24, 1978 for the disclosure of certain portions of the record of the grand jury proceedings 1 which led to the indict ment returned against him herein. Rule 6(e), Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. 2 The motion lacks merit in its entirety.
