The probate court of Hillsdale county heard and allowed the final account of William P. Van Wormer as the executor of the estate of Clyde E. Van Wormer, deceased; $8,243.73 passed to the two children of deceased. Clara G-. Van Wormer, as guardian and next friend of these two minor children of deceased, to whom'he willed his entire estate, appealed to the circuit court from the order allowing the final account.
