This action was commenced on March 12, 1937, by the executors of the last will and testament of J. W. Copeland against the beneficiaries of his will for a settlement of the estate and an adjudication that ninety shares of Statesville Cotton Mills Stock transferred by testator on the books of the corporation into the name of Catherine Bunting remained the property of the estate.
