KNIGHT, Justice.
It appears from the bill in this cause that Henry M. Hobbie, one of the appellees, on the 30th day of August, 1930, was the owner of a certain storehouse, dwelling house, and some land connected therewith, or near thereto, in Montgomery county, Ala., and about twelve miles from the city of Montgomery, on the Woodley road.
