This is an appeal from a judgment entered in condemnation proceedings brought by the United States to obtain flowage rights over certain tracts of land located in Mississippi and New Madrid Counties, Missouri, pursuant to the provisions* of the Mississippi River Flood Control Act of May 15, 1928, 45 Stat. 534, 33 U.S.C.A. § 702a et seq.
