SULLIVAN, Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge and members during February 1985 at Homestead Air Force Base, Florida. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of three specifications of committing indecent acts with his 9-year-old daughter and one specification of committing sodomy upon her, in violation of Articles 134 and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 925, respectively.
