This is an appeal from a final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County granting summary judgment in favor of defendant First United Church of Christ, one appellee herein.

Dorothy Williams filed a petition in which she stated a claim for damages for personal injuries against the First United Church of Christ and the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America. Stephen Williams, the husband of Dorothy Williams, filed a petition in which he sought damages for loss of consortium.
